Celebrating Cinco De Mayo with Fish Tacos

At the Angustia residence we decided to celebrate Cinco De Mayo with some delicious Fish tacos. This recipe is extremely simple. Both adults and kids will love it.

Ingredients

corn tortillas

1 pound of Tilapia Fish

1 egg

1/2 cup of milk

salt and pepper to taste

Pico De Gallo

1 tomato

1 white onion

1 small bunch of cilantro

Avocado Sauce

1 ripe avocado

1 jalapeno

1/4 mayonnaise

salt to taste

Heat a skillet up with some oil and pan fry the fish in batches.

Dice up the tomato, onion and cilantro for the Pico de Gallo.

For Sauce in a food processor mix the avocado, jalapeno and mayonnaise add salt as desired.

Heat up the tortillas with a little bit of oil.

Put everything together and viola you have yourself some mouth watering fish tacos.
